For free registering on NEWFreelancer service, you can create a profile, search for projects, upload a portfolio, receive notifications on projects, discuss with the employer details of the projects and bid for projects.

In projects, if you have accepted it, we retain with you a small fee, correlated with the rate of the selected application, as mediation commission.

Employers
For registering on NEWFreelancer service you can publish projects to receive offers from freelancers, view their portfolio and discuss project requirements. If you choose the winner for your project, and freelancer accepts your offer, we will charge you with a small amount depending on the value of the selected application as mediation commission(as detailed in the table below).
Cost and method of withdrawal of the commission depends on the type of project and the membership plan.
